Did you get an email confirmation with "Notgrass History Order" in the subject line? Check your spam or promotions folder. If you don't see it, your email address may be incorrect in our database.
Did you see a charge from Notgrass show up on your credit or debit card? If not, your order may not have been completed and confirmed in our system.
Reach out by email or text to check the status of your order. If you have an order number (the letter "S" + a series of digits), give us that. Otherwise, please provide your full name.
